Application

This Mineral Insulated Metal Sheathed Cable also called mi cable, mineral insulated copper cable or MICC Cable . Mineral Insulated Metal Sheathed Cable is suitable for fixed installation and laying, mainly used in variable kinds of building fire protection system, emergency system, power transmission and distribution system in public safety area and high temperature places, etc. such as coal chemical, petrochemical, ferrous metallurgy, ship, power, medical, glass and paper manufacturing industry, public and commercial high-rise building, underground building, hotel, hospital, shopping mall, indoor logistics warehouse, post &telecommunication center, museum and memorial hall. Infrastructure airport terminal, railway and bus station, axis center, port,metros system and tunnel, oil and gas station timber architecture, etc.

Core Identification:
Up to and including 5 core: colour coded or number coded
7 core and above: number coded

Construction

Conductor:
it is made up of stranded copper wires, with favorable flexural property

Insulation layer:
it adopts high-temperature resistant inorganic insulating materials

Copper sheath:
copper materials, through special machining, with favorable flexural property. used as PE wire.

Outer sheath:
it is made of plastic materials of low-smoke non-toxicity, with favorable corrosion protection.
