Application

Stranded 1350-H19 aluminum conductors are used in overhead electrical power transmission and distribution lines with various grade voltage.
AAC wire is also called aluminium stranded conductors. This CAN/CSA-C61089 standard specifies the electrical and mechanical characteristics of round wire concentric lay overhead electrical stranded conductors.
Compact stranded conductors for use in bare overhead applications or for use with weather-resistant coverings or insulation are also available.

Advantages

-High conductivity
-Excellent corrosion resistance
-Good economic practicality

Construction

Aluminum 1350-H19 wires, concentrically stranded, successive layers having an opposite direction of lay, the outermost layer being right-handed.
