Application

This Power Cable XLPE Insulated can be used with systems that have AC rated voltages (U0/U) 6.35/11kV.Depending on how the protection layer construction differs, it is routed in the earth (direct buried, cable trench, pipe, etc.) or the air (cable bridge frame, indoor wall support, and tray).
11kv XLPE cable is used for fixed laying on power transmission and distribution lines with A.C. 50Hz and rated voltages of 11kV and the main function is to transmit electric energy.

-single core unarmoured cable:20 x overall diameter
-single core AWA armoured cable:15 x overall diameter
- three core unarmoured cable:15 x overall diameter
- three core SWA armoured cable:12 x overall diameter

Thermal performance:
-Maximum operating temperature:90℃
-Maximum short-circuit temperature: 250℃(Max.5s)
-Minimum service temperature：-10℃

Fire performance:
-Flame retardant according to IEC/EN 60332-1-2 standard
-Reduced emission of halogens chlorine <15%

class 2 stranded compacted Cu or Al.

Conductor Screen:
semi-conductive compound.

Insulation: XLPE
-alternative:EPR

Insulation Screen:

Metallic Screen:
individual concentric copper wires or copper tape.

PET

polyester tape or non-woven fabric
