What is Stacir conductor

svsdv

Heat Resistant Aluminum Zirconium Alloy (often referred to as STAL) is used in place of the EC Grade Aluminum wires in STACIR Conductors, which are also known as Invar Steel Reinforced Super Thermal Aluminum Conductors. The outside layer or layers are composed of heat-resistant aluminum alloy, while the middle wire or wires are composed of aluminum clad invar. INVAR: An extremely low coefficient of linear expansion Fe/Ni special alloy. Because zirconium-doped aluminum alloy retains its mechanical and electrical characteristics at high temperatures, these conductors are more affordable and have a higher capacity.

Features
The characteristics of STACIR conductors are as follows:
minimal conductor Coefficient of Thermal Expansion
Operate at 210°C High Temperatures Without Losing Strength
Simple installation Outstanding corrosion resistance

Relevant Specification

Chialawn produces STACIR conductors in compliance with IEC 62004, IEC 62774; generally, to IEC 61089 & Other Standard
