Application

LSOH Cable means Low smoke zero halogen cable, and someone called LS0H cable , which is suitable for power networks,underground,outdoors and in cable ducting.For installation where fire,smoke emission and toxic fumes create a potential threat to lie and equipment.

Voltage Rating U0/U(Um): 3.8/6.6(7.2)kV;6.35/11(12)kV;8.7/15(17.5)kV;12.7/22(24)kV;19/33(36)kV

Mechanical Performance:
-minimum bending radius of single core:15 x overall diameter
-minimum bending radius of three cores:12 x overall diameter

Thermal performance:
-Maximum operating temperature:90℃
-Maximum short-circuit temperature: 250℃(Max.5s)
-Minimum service temperature：-10℃

Fire performance:
-Flame retardant according to IEC/EN 60332-1-2 standard
-Reduced emission of halogens chlorine <15%

Construction

Conductor:
stranded compacted copper conductor or aluminum conductor

Conductor Screen:
semi-conductive compound.

Insulation:
XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene).

Insulation Screen:
semi-conductive compound.

Metallic Screen:
concentric copper wires and copper tape.

Filler:
PET(polyethylene terephthalate) fibres

Separator:
binding tape

Inner Sheath:
LSZH (low smoke zero halogen).

Armour:
single-core conductor: AWA (aluminum wire armoring );multi-core conductor: SWA (steel wire armoring ).

Outer Sheath:
LSZH (low smoke zero halogen).

Sheath Colour:
red, black, blue or other available colour in accord with the request
